Allergen & Dietary Information

My home kitchen handles all foods and all allergens. I am certified by NCASS in Level 2 hygiene and allergy awareness. Although my best effort is given to reduce cross contamination where possible, I am unable to guarantee 100% allergen free products. As my kitchen handles meat, poultry and dairy, my products are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans however, as with allergens, careful measures are in place to reduce cross contamination where possible. If you have any concerns regarding a severe allergy or intolerance, please let me know before you make a purchase.



Deposit and Refund Terms

All customer orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit which will be required 48 hours after the order details have been agreed. The remainder of the payment can be paid any time before the agreed collection time. Custom products cannot be handed over until full payment has been received.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, an opportunity to rectify any issues will be offered. If I am unable to resolve the problem, I will be willing to negotiate a discount or refund.


Collection Terms

You will be offered a timed collection slot for your order. I try to be as cooperative as possible with these windows and ask that they are respected. If you do not collect your cake on time I will do my best to reschedule however this cannot always be accommodated and may result in you being unable to collect your cake in time for your event. No refunds will be given in the event on an uncollected cake.
